RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in offering high-quality products formulated with pure, unrefined oils to promote healthy hair growth. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products (personal care and hygiene items), all sales are final. For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at georgiamurlean@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a store credit.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, orders are processed and prepared for shipping and cannot be canceled.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
- A replacement cannot be provided for a damaged item, and
- The claim was submitted within the required time frame.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please contact your local postal carrier for assistance.
